Do I need prior experience to join the Scrap Yard?
Absolutely not! Our gym is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned pros. Whether you’re looking to get fit, learn the basics, or train for competition, our experienced coaches will meet you where you’re at and guide you every step of the way.
What equipment do I need to bring?
We provide most of the equipment you’ll need, like punching bags and exercise equipment. However, we recommend bringing your own hand wraps and boxing gloves for hygiene reasons. If you’re just starting, our staff can help you choose the right gear!
Is boxing a good workout for weight loss and fitness?
Definitely! Boxing is an incredible full-body workout that combines strength, cardio, and endurance. It burns a ton of calories while building muscle and improving flexibility. Plus, it’s a fun way to relieve stress and boost your mood!
Can I train for competitions or boxing events here?
